• Legal Requirements: Cooperate with legal inquiries from courts, regulatory agencies, and public security organs
2. Cross-border Transfer (China → Overseas / Overseas → China)
• Transfer to the Chinese government network only for necessary purposes such as order fulfillment, customs clearance, and logistics
• Before transfer: Data export security assessment / Signing of a Standard Contract (SCC) / Obtaining separate user consent
• Personal information collected within China is prioritized for domestic storage; strict compliance is enforced when it must be transferred overseas.

• Account Information: Account duration + 1 month after account cancellation Year (for dispute resolution)
Marketing data: Deleted immediately upon user unsubscription, or anonymized
Deleted or anonymized upon expiration, no longer used to identify individuals
