Terms of Service - WTP

I. General Provisions and Application
1. These Terms are a legally valid agreement between the user and the platform operator, binding the user on platform use and all transaction activities.
2. Registration/placing an order/accessing the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the platform's published privacy policy, shipping policy, and return policy. In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and these specific policies, the specific policies shall prevail.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
II. Account and User Obligations
1. Users shall provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including identity information required for customs clearance) and are responsible for account security and behavior.
2. Impersonation of others' information, bulk registration, order brushing, cash-out, infringement, malicious order placement, malicious returns, and other such behaviors are prohibited.
3. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be lent, sold, or given away. The platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate services in case of account irregularities.
III. Order and Transaction Rules
1. Product information, prices, inventory, and service descriptions are subject to the real-time display on the page; successful payment constitutes a contract.
2. The platform reserves the right to cancel or close abnormal orders (price errors, out-of-stock items, fraud risks, inaccurate information, etc.) and issue refunds via the original payment method.
3. Cross-border orders require real-name customs clearance and customs declaration. Losses due to incorrect information leading to customs clearance failure, returns, or confiscation are borne by the user.
4. Order cancellation, shipment, delivery, receipt, inspection, and handling of damage and loss will be strictly carried out in accordance with the shipping policy.
IV. Payment, Taxes, and Fees
1. The platform supports compliant payment channels. The order amount includes the product price, shipping costs, and cross-border comprehensive taxes (subject to the settlement page).
2. Additional costs incurred due to user reasons (incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, no one to sign for the package, secondary delivery, etc.) are borne by the user.
3. Refund scope, timeframe, process, cost allocation, and tax handling strictly adhere to the return policy; refunds are primarily returned to the original payment method.
V. After-sales Service, Returns, and Dispute Resolution
1. After-sales conditions, timeframes, required documentation, and procedures for 7-day no-reason returns, quality issues, incorrect or missing items, and damage are strictly in accordance with the return policy.
2. After-sales applications must submit valid documentation within the specified time limit; review and processing times are subject to platform announcements.
3. Both parties should prioritize resolving issues through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the People's Court where the platform operator is located.
VI. Personal Information and Privacy Protection
1. Information collection, use, storage, protection, sharing, cross-border transmission, user rights, and protection of minors are strictly in accordance with the privacy policy.
2. The platform employs encryption, access control, and security auditing measures to protect information security; any leaks will be handled according to law.
VII. Platform Rights and Disclaimers
1. The platform has the right to update products, functions, rules, and policies; significant changes will be announced in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updates.
2. In the event of delays, non-performance, or customs seizures due to force majeure events such as customs policies, regulations, flight delays, natural disasters, war, third-party service failures, or cyberattacks, the platform shall not be liable for breach of contract, but may assist with refunds or resending.
3. The platform shall not be liable for indirect losses (loss of profits, lost work time, damage to reputation, etc.), and the total compensation shall be limited to the actual amount paid for the order.
VIII. Prohibitions and Handling of Violations
1. It is prohibited to post/purchase infringing, prohibited, dangerous, or non-compliant cross-border goods; upon discovery, the product will be immediately removed from the platform, refunded, and the account will be suspended.
2. The platform reserves the right to seek compensation for losses caused by user violations.
IX. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, interfaces, software, and other intellectual property rights on the platform belong to the platform; unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
